The Challenge

NEOH is on a mission to revolutionise the way we enjoy chocolate. With zero added sugar, high plant-based fibre, and a unique sugar substitute that keeps blood sugar levels steady, NEOH offers a guilt-free indulgence that doesn’t compromise on taste. Already a hit in Germany and Austria, NEOH was ready to introduce their healthier chocolate alternative to the UK market.

Solution

We started by giving NEOH’s Amazon presence a refresh—polishing up the product listings with sharper imagery, refined copy, and optimised variations to appeal to the UK audience. We then set up a new Amazon account under their UK entity, ensuring to keep brand representation always. With the foundation in place, we turned our attention to the competition, crafting targeted ad campaigns that were designed to cut through the noise and put NEOH in the spotlight.

Result

The results? Pretty sweet. NEOH swiftly climbed to the number 2 spot in their category on Amazon UK, with a number 1 spot in Germany. The UK launch was a success, with the brand now well-positioned to continue its growth. Thanks to strategic optimisation and a smooth market entry, NEOH is proving that healthier chocolate can indeed take the lead.
