Despite a self-launch on Amazon, The Herbtender struggled to gain traction. Their products weren’t getting the visibility or sales they expected, and their advertising campaigns were not delivering a return on investment, making it difficult for the brand to establish itself on the platform.
Solution
We undertook a comprehensive restructuring of The Herbtender’s Amazon presence. This included a complete redesign of their product listings to better highlight their unique value propositions. We created product variations to maximise the benefits of Amazon’s Vine review program and pulled back on the ineffective, out-of-control advertising campaigns. After a strategic pause, we relaunched their campaigns with a more focused approach, ensuring the brand’s message resonated with the right audience.
